01Purpose of processing

The app has no sign-up or sign-in, and we do not process personal information about its users. There is therefore no processing purpose to state.

02Personal information we process

We collect no personal information. The app works with the data below, all of it kept in the app's storage on your device. We do not receive any of it.

• Copy of the photo you picked: used to reopen your painting
• Stroke record and settings: used to redraw your painting

03Processing and retention period

We hold no personal information. Data in the app's storage is deleted when you delete the app. Paintings you saved to Photos stay there until you delete them in the Photos app.

04Sharing with third parties

We do not share personal information with third parties.

05Processing by service providers

We do not have anyone process personal information on our behalf.

06Deletion

We hold no personal information, so there is nothing for us to delete. The copy of the photo you picked is deleted when you tap Start over in Settings, and all app data is deleted when you delete the app.

07Your rights and how to exercise them

Because we hold no personal information about you or your legal representative, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have questions, email us at the address below.

08Security measures

The iOS photo picker passes only the one photo you choose to the app. Saving a finished painting uses permission to add photos only, and no prompt asking for access to your whole photo library appears.

09Automatic data collection and how to refuse it

The app does not use cookies, advertising identifiers or analytics tools.
