Entries are kept in the app's storage. With iCloud sync on, they are also saved to your own iCloud account and kept in step with your other devices on that account.

Deleted entries stay in Trash in Settings for 7 days, and you can restore them during that time.

iCloud sync is on from the start, and you can turn it off or back on in Settings. The change applies after you close the app from the app switcher and open it again.

On your other devices, sign in to the same iCloud account and keep iCloud sync on. The first sync between devices can take a few minutes.

You can keep up to 100 events, 1 timeline, and 10 tags for free, and add the major history pack for your app language from the Event market. Reaching a limit never locks what you have already written, and you can still read and edit it.

With Pro, events and tags have no limit, and you can create up to 3 timelines.

After switching devices or reinstalling the app, open Settings, tap Upgrade to Pro, then tap Restore at the top right. On the same Apple Account you won't be charged again.

An entry dated tomorrow or later becomes an upcoming event. Once it has a month and a day, Remind me offers Same day, 1 day, 1 week, or 1 month before. The app asks for notification permission the first time you save an event with a reminder.

When the date has passed, tap Mark as done to turn the event into a regular entry. If you set it to repeat, the next round is scheduled at that point.

Tap Export to CSV in Settings to save your entries as a CSV file. When you bring them back with Import CSV, choose Add to existing events or Replace all events.

A CSV file is a backup you make when you need one, and it is separate from iCloud sync.

Writing, Replay, and exports work without an internet connection. iCloud sync and buying or restoring Pro need one.

Exchange nearby connects two devices directly, without the internet. Both people need to open Exchange nearby in Life Tyde.

Summarize this chronicle, Add AI foreword, and essay drafts appear on devices that support Apple Intelligence, running iOS 26 or later with Apple Intelligence turned on. They stay hidden if the on-device model does not support the app language.

AI text needs at least 5 entries to work from. You can edit anything it writes before exporting.
