01Purposes of processing

The app has no sign-up or login, and the developer does not process personal information about its users, so there is no purpose to state.

02Personal information processed

The developer collects no personal information. The app works with the data below, all of it kept in the app's storage on your device. The developer does not receive any of it.

• Your timers (name, start and goal, repeat rule, alert points, reading settings): used to draw the values on screen and in widgets
• Settings (which rows go in the stack): used to lay out the app
• The month and day of your birthday: used only to count birthdays ahead when you pick that life unit
• Whether Pro was bought: used to decide which features open in the app and widgets

03Retention period

The developer holds no personal data. Everything in the app's storage is removed when the app is deleted. Timers stay until you delete them, and the calendar spans roll into the next span rather than piling up.

04Provision to third parties

Personal information is not provided to third parties.

05Outsourcing of processing

No processing is outsourced. The Percentime Pro purchase is handled by Apple on the App Store, and payment information follows Apple's privacy policy. Your own iCloud is used to keep timers and settings in step between devices. The developer receives no payment method, no Apple Account information and nothing held in iCloud.

06Destruction of personal information

The developer holds no personal data, so there is nothing to destroy. Delete a timer by swiping it in the list or from the More menu on its full screen, and delete everything in the app by deleting the app.

07Rights of users and legal representatives

Because the developer holds no personal information about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have questions, email us at the address below.

08Security measures

What the app uses sits in the app's storage and in its App Group container, and the widgets read the same file. Timers and settings are kept in step with your other devices on the same Apple Account through your own iCloud. The developer runs no server. Notifications are local: made on the device and delivered on the device.

09Cookies and other automatic collection

The app uses no cookies, no advertising identifier and no analytics tools.
