01Purposes of processing

The app has no sign-up or login, and the developer does not process personal information about its users. The app uses your location to compare your position with your plan and to show where you are on the map, and this happens on your device.

02Personal information processed

The developer collects no personal information. The app works with the data below, all of it kept in the app's storage on your device. The developer does not receive any of it.

• Routes (name, the name, place and time of each checkpoint, windows, route shape): used to work out how far ahead or behind you are
• Trip history (the planned and actual time at each checkpoint): used to make the Tune from trips suggestions
• The track of your last trip (locations): used to draw the way you went when you build a route from a trip or tune from this trip
• Diagnostic log (locations and times, and the activity type such as walking or driving with its confidence): used to look back at how the app behaved. It rolls over to a new log at 20 MB, and the release version has no way to export it
• Settings and whether Pro was bought: used to lay out the app and decide which features open

03Retention period

The developer holds no personal data. Everything in the app's storage is removed when the app is deleted. Routes stay until you delete them, and trip history is cleared with Clear history in the app's settings. Deleted routes wait in Recently Deleted, which keeps the last three.

04Provision to third parties

Personal information is not provided to third parties.

05Outsourcing of processing

No processing is outsourced. The OnPace Pro purchase is handled by Apple on the App Store, and payment information follows Apple's privacy policy. Place search, walking and driving directions and the map are handled by Apple Maps and follow Apple's privacy policy. The developer receives no payment method, no Apple Account information and nothing you search for.

06Destruction of personal information

The developer holds no personal data, so there is nothing to destroy. A route you delete goes to Recently Deleted, trip history is cleared with Clear history in the app's settings, and deleting the app removes everything in it.

07Rights of users and legal representatives

Because the developer holds no personal information about you, there is nothing to access, correct or delete. If you have questions, email us at the address below.

08Security measures

What the app uses sits as files in the app's storage on your device. The developer runs no server, and the app does not use iCloud. Location is asked for While Using the App only; background location is used only during a trip you start, and the Lock Screen card stays up the whole time. Motion and fitness data is used only to tell walking from riding. Notifications are local: made on the device and delivered on the device.

09Cookies and other automatic collection

The app uses no cookies, no advertising identifier and no analytics tools.
